Ouch! Your favorite sports equipment used gently or aggressively will eventually need a little TLC. With over 70 years experience in the maintenance of ski, snowboard, bike and sporting equipment, our mechanic and technicians have the skills and credentials necessary to help you play and compete with the gear you love to use (and sometimes abuse). Our ski back-shop is supported with state-of-the-art Wintersteiger tuning equipment and a Wintersteiger Drivetronic Binding Tester, and with binding jigs for the best brands on the snow.

• Shepherd & Schaller reserves the right to refuse repair service on items we deem un-repairable or damaged.
• You will sign a waiver allowing us permission to do work when you drop your gear off. If you have someone drop it off for you, we’ll call to get your permission to complete the work.
• We will only return your gear to you. If you send someone else to pick it up, please call us ahead of time to provide permission.
• Our repair shop is open Monday – Friday. Items may be dropped off on weekends.

• We process ski and snowboard tunes, waxes, binding adjustments and binding mounts first come, first served.
• Our ski shop will call you when the work is complete - check your answering machine for our message. 
• Please let us know of any specific scheduling issues you have (ie: races, travel plans) when you drop off your gear.  We can estimate turn-around time and let you know if you’d be better off waiting to schedule your tune-up.
• We also need to know if you are expecting/approving anyone else to pick up your gear when it is ready.
• You must be 18 to pick-up equipment that includes binding work, as service documents must be signed by an adult.

Bike repair estimates are free. Work is first come, first served, Monday-Friday, but you can call ahead to discuss your situation. (715-845-5432.) Service is provided on all bicycle makes and models. Only a professional full-time mechanic will perform repairs on your bike.
